What you need to know before Renting a car in Morocco with us :

Rates Included:

• Unlimited mileage.
• 24/7 assistance.
• Free delivery to the airport, hotels, or riad.
• 2nd drivers.

Duration:

• The rental period can only be extended with our agreement.
• For all deliveries or returns outside cities, fees may apply.

Insurances:

• Our rates include liability to third parties with an excess.
• Full coverage insurance is only valid for clients who are 35 years old or above (excluding personal effects).
• Using unpaved roads is prohibited, and damages caused are not covered by insurance.

Fuel:

The car must be returned with the same level of fuel as on delivery, and any additional fuel left will not be refunded.

Delivery/Collection:

You can pick up or return our cars at any location within cities (Marrakech, Agadir, Essaouira, Casablanca, Ouarzazat airports, hotels, railway stations, etc.).

Required Documents:

• Driver's license.
• Passport.
• Original documents required.
• Driving license of at least 1 year.

Payment:

Payment by cash/credit card is accepted upon pick-up, or you can choose to pay online.

All credit cards are accepted.

A deposit of 400-1000 euros is required, depending on the type of car chosen.

A deposit of 300 euros is required if you choose Full coverage insurance.

Refund:

Refunds are not allowed in the event of early termination of the rental.

If you choose online payment, you can cancel the reservation up to 48 hours before the rental is due to start. In case your payment is already received, we will keep the full amount for the upcoming reservation.

Once you have made a reservation, you must wait for a confirmation from us within 6 hours.

Privacy Policy:

In no case can any personal document of the customer be given to anyone without the Moroccan administration's request and with the customer's permission.

All the documents that we receive a copy of, we use only to fill out the rental contracts upon booking.

We will communicate with you via any means (including email, telephone, text message, social media, cold and in-person communication) with news and other information that may be of interest to you, provided that such communications are compliant with the law.

We will maintain and update your contact information as necessary.

We will obtain your prior voluntary consent where applicable.
